Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you must first contact us at info@phillips-design.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


We're here to help
Please inspect your product carefully upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if your item is not built as you specified, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Packaging your return
Since our products are generally large, heavy, and fragile, our packaging is specially designed by professional packaging engineers to protect them in transit. Therefore, any product returned to us must be in its original packaging. Items returned to us in anything other than their original boxes/crates will be rejected.

The only exception to this policy is in the case that the original packaging is damaged beyond possibility of re-use and will no longer sufficiently protect the product on its return journey to us. In this case, contact us to work out a solution. We will not be responsible for any items damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
