Shipping policy

All products available for sale on our website are subject to this shipping policy.

Our products ship from Phillips Design to the purchaser free of charge unless otherwise specified. The shipping method and carrier shall be at the discretion of Phillips Design, and may change at any time without notice. 

For any returns or refund requests, shipping costs from the purchaser back to Phillips Design shall be paid by the purchaser, and subject to our Return Policy. All return shipping must be done in the original, undamaged packaging/shipping crates, or original packaging/shipping crates sufficiently repaired or reinforced to prevent product damage on the return trip. Phillips Design shall not be liable for any product damage incurred on return shipping. Any packages being returning to Phillips Design must be insured for their full product value with the return shipping carrier.
